When I asked for them to show me where to replenish a particular liquid, they didn't hesitate to open the hood and guide me - very patient and great customer service there! Upon guiding me to my power steering portal, they realized they made a mistake with their initial assessment, and quickly informed me of their mistake. They could've taken advantage of me as I am not mechanically inclined, but they chose to be up front. 1. Great customer service, and not just with me, but with everyone who called in while I waited, and everyone in the waiting room. 2. No negative vibes upon entering establishment. 3. It's always a good idea to have the mechanics physically show you what is what under the hood. They are still human, after all.”
